Senior consultant in supply chain management (SCM) practice


Responsibilities: 

  • Management of a team of consultants, timing, results of the project direction (stream) and customer expectations.
  • Development of practical solutions and their implementation within the project, as a rule, according to the following scheme:
    • diagnostics "as is";
    • development of specific practical "to be" solutions;
    • implementation of initiatives;
    •  support and training.

Requirements:

  • Higher economic or technical education. Further education in supply chain management (SCM) and logistics is desirable.
  • At least 5 years of work in the industry (“on the customer’s side”) in a large company or from 3 years in international consulting (Big4, etc.).
  • Experience in implementing projects in the following industries: oil and gas, heavy industry, machine engineering (both in procurement and in the main business - no less than 5 projects in total).
  • Understanding HSE processes and procurement processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with a large array of data.
  • Ability to independently prepare content (essential and visual component).
  • Skills of direct interaction with client stakeholders (client representatives at different levels of management).
  • Knowledge of English at a level not lower than "upper-intermediate".
